The spa locality consists of therapeutic residences which are spread in spa wood-park. Original residences are situated at the foreland of hill called Javorník which is streching into dam named as Priehrada Mládeže. They were built by the end of 50th and the beginnig of 60th years of the 20th century. Two of five therapeutic residences were restored in the years of 1998 and 2003. In 1996 was taken back in use the modern building Balneotherapy with glassed-in facades and with park and wood-park modifications about, where is concetrated providing medical services and feeding, since 2001 has been working all-purpose hall, congresses, vaudevilles, cultural movements.
During the spa therapy are patients cared by doctor - specialists in specialization of balneology and rehab and certificated medical workers. To satisfaction of patients also contribute dietary dining hall, which is controlled by doctor dietologist and dietetically nurse.

The specific microclimate of the salt cave helps at the therapy of upper and lower airways (inflammation of throut, sinusitis, chronic cold), reduction of functioning of thyroid, diseases of digestive tract, dermatological diseases ( skin alergy, psoriasis, atopic eczema), neurosis, stress and exhaustion, allergies, asthma. Part of therapy is a pleasant light and chill-out music. One stay lasts 45 minutes.
