Smooth, round tuffs are heated to 50 °C and 40 of them are placed on certain energy points of the body. Besides hot stones some ice-cold marble stones are used too. Laconium
It means the dry form of saunas, heated up to 55-65 °C. The body is warmed up the way that after a short time it is ideally decontaminated by intensive perspiration. The circulation is stimulated and the elimination of metabolic waste is accelerated. The regular perspiration in the Laconium moreover helps to reduce stress over the long term. The heartbeat is stimulated and blood pressure regulated. The result is a feeling of freshness and deeper mental and physical relaxation. The time spent in the Laconium depends on individual preference but the purging effect however already starts after 15 to 20 minutes.
