Inhalation
It is a treatment for chronic respiratory diseases. With a special device vaporized medicinal water or medicine solution is inhaled. Inhaling salty and iodine water helps excreting ooze while water containing calcium is against inflammation.

Iodide
An important micro-element in the creation of thyroid gland hormones. Development of the embryo cannot occur without iodide. Can lead to problems with the functioning of the thyroid gland (enlarged thyroid glands). The quantities of iodine found in drinking-water depends on the geographical conditions of a country. Hungary’s conditions in this respect are rather poor, therefore the consumption of seafish and iodined sea-salt is recommended.

Ionozone
We enclose the human body (except the head, of course) with ozone and carbon dioxide in the form of gas in a closed cabin, it is excellently effective on peripheral circulation and it is sedative for the whole nervous system.

Iontophoresis
Iontophoresis is defined as the passing of an ionized substance through intact skin by the application of a direct electrical current. Useful in case of muscle pain, overstraining, arthritis and also softens scars.

Iron
The main task of iron is to deliver oxygen, carbon dioxide and electrons. Essential for the production of hemoglobin. There is around 4 gramms of iron in each of us. The absorbtion of the iron in the human body is influenced by the copper, zinc, and manganese content of our food. Iron taken in by meats (so called hem iron) are more useful to the body than non hem iron taken in by vegetables. Animal proteins and vitamin C increase the absorption of iron in the body, while tannic acid and the phytic acid found in grains decrease the absorption. Lack of iron can cause anaemia, weakness, paleness and fatigue. In the case of mixed nutrition, hem iron aids the utilization of non hem iron.If one eats meat, vegetable dish, and salads for a meal, utilization of non hem iron is doubled. Iron can be found in liver, meats, egg yolk (recommended maximum consumption is 3-5 egg yolks weekly), and dark-green vegetables.
