Kneipp- course, Kneipp-therapy
This bath course is based on the slight stimuli caused by shifts of cold and hot water. It stimulates metabolism and circulation. Its elements are elbow- and arm showers, moist fomentation and warm baths. This course can be rounded up by light- and air baths, outside activities, herbal teas and balanced diets. Often used for treating exhaustion, stiff muscles and circulation disorders. Contraindicated in case of heart complaints.
