Rasul bath
If after a quick shower, one goes into the Rasul and begins to coat oneself with the various healing muds, the pleasant warmth and the relatively low humidity gently dries the mud on the body. Now, with the first burst of steam, the area begins to slowly warm up combined with a rise in humidity. An odour begins to fill the area, coming from the herbs being heated on the grill of the stove. The mud on the body becomes moist again causing an agreeable tingle on the skin. Automatically, one begins to gently rub in the mud. This helps remove encrusted cream residues and the partially dead cells of the epidermis.
