Yoga
Ancient Indian art and philosophy that involves both mind and body and is aimed at self-development and self-realization. Focusing on certain parts of the body helps correcting the gait, curing arthritis and the organs. Also it can be a way to achieve the inner peace. The physical practice of yoga involves performing postures (asanas) and using controlled breathing and meditation to stretch and tone the body that has a positive effect on the organs and the circulation, increases the blood’s oxygen level. Practicing yoga is recommended only under professional supervision. Yoga strengthens the body, but also relaxes it therefore it is recommended against sleeping disorders, headache and psychosomatic diseases
